This means only one body of water can be heated at a time—the pool or the hot tub. To optimize comfort and efficiency (Natural Gas Provided by Southwest Gas): ✔ Pool Heating: Typically scheduled from sunrise to sunset, maintaining a temperature of 80-86°F. ✔ Hot Tub Heating: Often set for evenings (6 PM to midnight) when it’s most commonly used. If the hot tub is needed during the day, pool heating will pause while the hot tub is being heated. This applies to homes with shared gas or electric heating systems for the pool and hot tub. Plan your heating schedule accordingly for the best experience!

Scottsdale is loaded with attractions that are both easily accessible and free, suiting the budget traveler's itinerary and wallet. ✔ 20-35 minute drive from the Phoenix International Airport ★ PICKLEBALL★ Public parks are offering both outdoor and indoor play with plenty of parking. At most 3-15 minutes away from home. ★ BASEBALL★ Spring training Cactus League, home to Major League Baseball's San Francisco Giants, Scottsdale Stadium combines big-league entertainment with small-venue charm. Held during the perfect 75-degree weather of March, little leaguers can get up close and personal with their idols during the designated autograph time. Families are encouraged to pack a picnic lunch and watch from the grassy lawn seats behind the outfield wall. Other Cactus League favorites, Colorado Rockies and Arizona's very own Diamondbacks, will have the last at-bat at the new Salt River Fields at Talking Stick starting in spring 2011, where the 11,000-seat ballpark's scenic location provides awe-inspiring views of the Camelback and McDowell Mountains, and the game too! ★EXPLORE THE SONORAN DESERT★ Next door is the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, a desert landscape of hills, rock formations, and cacti. Taliesin West, architect Frank Lloyd Wright's former home and studio, is nearby, and downtown Old Town Scottsdale has Roaring Twenties-style buildings and 19th-century olive trees. ★DISCOVER BUTTERFLIES★ Butterfly Wonderland features exotic species from around the world.
